Independence Day Celebrations
August 15
Independence Day is celebrated every year on 15th August with great patriotism and enthusiasm across Warangal District. The District Collector hoists the National Flag at the Collectorate, followed by cultural performances, parades, and the distribution of awards to outstanding individuals and organizations. Schools, colleges, and government offices organize special programs to honor India’s freedom fighters and celebrate the spirit of unity and national pride.
